6pm, most people are on time. I'm talking too much but better to do that now and reduce it through the season as the athletes take more and more responsibility for their training and racing. Many new faces, a good balance of male and female which is excellent. The physical activity was limited to an introduction to 20 warm-up exercises. A very gentle start but necessary in that some or all of the exercises undertaken will form a significant part of the routine for the rest of the season.
