With just over a day to go before crews start to fill up the venue the NRC is looking very calm down at the start:

The weather is being kind, there will be a helpful tail but I think we should be in for a good weekend of racing- a chance to see what is what before heading away for a week long training camp in Enniskillen to put the finishing touches to crews. Very much looking forward to the racing and the training camp, two of my favourite things. We will then return with a ten day run in to the Championships.
