Bit of a grim damp afternoon but a classic example of what I mentioned yesterday. Many of the girls have exam commitments so we only had 3 out- Deirdre, Aoibhin and Roisin. This enabled me to focus on three athletes in singles and they got on with some excellent work. Two of this year's intake continue to learn boat skills that will be vital either in the 1x or the bigger crew boats. Some really good work on pushing the boat and trying not to upset it around the extraction. Also one of the intermediates had an opportunity to continue to build confidence at the front end.  There was one swimmer, Deirdre, but most positively of all she got straight back in and continued with the exercises. Great attitude and great work!
