Slightly changed the format of Sunday morning. 20k above the bridge with 3x4k at various rates. For the first time we had the intermediate small boats being chased by a novice 8. Big challenge for the novice crew to focus for 20k but there were some very promising sections. It was also great to see the intermediates working hard to hold each other off and a near perfect finish to the second piece with 4 boats coming to the line, bow ball's inline (fantastic piece of time management on the start..).
