Good slow motion of sculling

Dan Noonan, stroke of the Australian 4x in Beijing and London (4th and 3rd respectively- they did 5:36.2 in the heat in Beijing, a World's Best at the time- it's now 5:33.15 set by Russia in Lucerne last year) captured in slow motion:
Blade entry and simple organisation of the drive are good but at this speed film is very cruel... he falls down slightly as he nears the finish resulting in the blades coming out of the water as he pushes the boat down in to water- causing it to bounce. Even an exceptional sculler such as this can improve and go faster.
