First time I've done a mass run and first time running 10k for a while. 45:30ish. Would have been much slower if it wasn't for Peter Williams informing me that it simply isn't on for rowers to get beat by runners in GAA shorts. Thanks Peter.
Taking a weekend off now back to England, Friday is Robbie and Alex's wedding in Ottershaw, which being full of rowers and a large number of those from Oxford Brookes will, I am sure be a quiet afternoon of tea and sandwiches.
