Sessions that count

Two good sessions today. This morning the 'Experienced' group sampled a land based power-stroke session, it took a while to get going which will have to be taken onboard for next time but once up and running the session had good impact. This evening's run was well attended despite some entertaining weather. Some good personal bests.
The Winter will start to set in shortly, getting stuck into the training session by session now is key to being in the right place in the coming Regatta seasons.
